Terms of Service.

The terms that govern use of the Aerox website and how we frame service enquiries and engagements.

Last updated: 15 September 2026

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website operated by Aerox Autonomous Enterprise Solutions (“Aerox”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), and form the general framework for enquiries submitted through the site.

By accessing the website or submitting an assessment request, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website. Separate written agreements will apply to contracted inspection, reporting, or platform engagements and will prevail over these Terms to the extent of any conflict.

2. About our services

Aerox provides autonomous drone inspection, analytics, and reporting services for solar, wind, and related infrastructure assets. Content on this website describes our capabilities for informational purposes and does not constitute a binding offer until confirmed in a proposal, statement of work, or signed contract.

Assessment requests and discovery questionnaires help us understand your needs; they do not create an obligation for either party to proceed until commercial terms are agreed in writing.

3. Website use

You may use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not disrupt, damage, or impair the site or related systems. You agree not to attempt unauthorised access, scrape content in a way that harms performance, introduce malware, or misuse forms or contact channels.

We may suspend or restrict access to the website at any time for maintenance, security, or operational reasons.

4. Enquiries and communications

Information you submit through forms must be accurate to the best of your knowledge. You are responsible for ensuring you have authority to share business contact details and project information on behalf of your organisation.

We aim to respond to assessment requests within one business day, but response times are targets, not guarantees.

5. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the website design, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, and software are owned by Aerox or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit site materials for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

Client-specific imagery, reports, and deliverables produced under a service contract are governed by that contract's ownership and licence terms.

6. Service engagements

Inspection programmes, flight operations, data processing, detection configuration, and reporting deliverables are defined in the applicable proposal or agreement. Site access, safety requirements, airspace permissions, and operational constraints may affect scheduling and scope.

Findings and recommendations are based on captured data and configured detection logic at the time of inspection. They support maintenance and asset decisions but do not replace engineering judgement, statutory inspections, or warranties required under local law or your own procedures.

7. Disclaimers

The website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aerox disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement regarding website content.

We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that website descriptions of future platform features constitute commitments unless confirmed in a signed agreement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Aerox and its directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising from your use of the website or reliance on website content.

Our aggregate liability arising out of website use under these Terms is limited to ZAR 1,000, except where liability cannot be limited by law. Liability for contracted services is governed exclusively by the relevant service agreement.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aerox from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the website, your breach of these Terms, or your submission of unlawful or unauthorised information through our forms.

10. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the website, you acknowledge that policy.

11. Third-party links

The website may link to third-party sites or embed third-party content (such as maps). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party services.

12. Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms where permitted by law.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Subject to any mandatory consumer protections, disputes arising from website use will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts, without prejudice to our right to seek relief in other jurisdictions where appropriate.
